Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right on the river bank and close to the walking areas of Porto. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the limited dining options, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The location is great, close to major sights and restaurants, but the price could be better.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near all the tourist attractions and by the riverside. The rooms, although lacking a view, were incredibly comfortable and even had a local smart phone provided for guests, which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any request. The dining experience, offering delicious local dishes, was exceptional. However, the lack of any included meals and the need to pay for shuttle service were minor drawbacks to an otherwise fantastic stay.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, centrally located near all the major sights. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of fresh and homemade delicacies. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a nice view to an inner patio, but the dark garden-sump was a bit off-putting. The service was exceptional, with the reception staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for sightseeing, being in the very center of the city, but the noise from the nearby riverside was a downside.
The hotel is centrally located for easy access to major sights and the walking areas of Porto. The rooms have all the facilities as shown on the website, but there is no view. The service is extremely friendly and cooperative, especially at the reception desk. The dining experience offers delicious homemade Portuguese pastries and fresh items. Overall, a convenient stay with great amenities, although the room view could be improved.
